My Car Fuse Box Is Ticking

Clicking noise in your car s fuse box is caused by a relay that is turning on and off rapidly this can be caused by a computer failure resistance in the ground wire for the control side of the relay or high resistance in the power supply to the control side of the relay.
My car fuse box is ticking. Sometimes when i crank my car it wont start and the fuse box on the drivers side floor panel makes a clicking sound and the car will seem to shut down and loose power as though the battery is disconnected. In the power distribution center under the hood 13 is a 20 amp mini fuse controlling the stop lights and the center stop light. Please try again later. This causes lose of power resulting in me not to being able to start my suv.
Clicking noise coming from relays in fuse box. See pictures 1 and 2 if the fuse is good we need to check the starter relay. This time i heard a rapid clicking coming from the right front fuse block highlighted in the pic. After several trys it will not do anything at all then i end up disconnecting the battery and hooking it back up then the car comes back to life and will start.
In my owners manual 97 all i can see regarding cavity 13 in the dash fuse box says it is a 10 amp spare fuse. A clicking noise near a fuse box is usually one of three things. Inside the car i could hear a relay clicking very quickly 100 clicks second so i removed the fuse panel and unplugged what i could easily get to now i hear a slow clicking relay coming from the same fuse panel 2 clicks second. I jumped it and it ran fine.
Every now and then the relays start tapping in my fuse box. Ok the car has not shown a hint of problem and then all of a sudden i get in to come home and it won t start not even turn over. So here is my question. It is located under the hood in the power.
Under the hood in the fuse box locate the 40 amp ign2 fuse. Since you hear a clicking from the fuse box it s unlikely that it s a fuse but lets confirm that. A circuit breaker is like a fuse in that it stops wires from overheating. That is the fuse that sends power to the starter relay.
I have a 2002 expedition. Another cause is where a fuse inserted in a spot on the fuse panel is not a fuse but a circuit breaker. This feature is not available right now. One cause is a main wire getting close enough to a ground like the car frame to spark called arcing.
Im wondering is it the.
